Order Processing Time

We process all orders within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Please note: We ship worldwide except to parts of Asia and some remote locations. Delivery times may vary during holiday seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want your little ones to be as happy with their new clothes as you are! If something isn’t quite right, our straightforward returns process makes it easy to find a solution.

Our Returns Policy

We’re happy to accept returns or exchanges for most items within 15 days of you receiving your order.

Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition
  • All original tags must be attached
  • Items must be in their original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

Important Exception: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on Kids’ Socks & Tights unless they are faulty or damaged upon arrival.

All other items from our collections (including Boys Coats & Jackets, Girls Coats & Jackets, Girls’ Dresses, and Kids’ Tops & T-Shirts) are eligible for return or exchange.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps:

  1. Contact our customer care team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order
  2. Provide your order number and details about the items you wish to return or exchange
  3. We’ll email you a returns authorisation and instructions within 2 business days
  4. Package the items securely and include the original packing slip
  5. Ship the package to our returns address (provided in your returns authorisation email)

Refund Information

Once we receive and inspect your returned items:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • The refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • For exchanges, we’ll ship your new item once we receive the returned product

Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect due to our error.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty item or the wrong product, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We’ll arrange a free return and replacement at no cost to you.
