- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached
- Items must be in their original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required

- We’ll email you a returns authorisation and instructions within 2 business days
- Package the items securely and include the original packing slip
- Ship the package to our returns address (provided in your returns authorisation email)

Refund Information
Once we receive and inspect your returned items:
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
- The refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- For exchanges, we’ll ship your new item once we receive the returned product
